Themes
1. Happy time on the farm
Draw a dream farm that coexists in harmony with nature.
Let’s imagine, What will the future of wearable style and fashion look like in 2050?
Choose one or several paintings you like) The works of art masters can be adapted or re-incorporated into your own ideas creation.
Applicants may apply for up to three themes, submitting one work per theme.

Participants must be under 25 years old, and the competition accepts registration in the name of an individual or a group (the same group must have at least 10 participants registered).
Categories (Type of Artwork):
- Hand Drawn / Painting: Accept registration for all groups
- Digital Drawing: only accepts registration from secondary one to junior college students (Group B-F)
- Ai Art: only accepts registration from secondary one to junior college students (Group B-F)

Hand Drawing / Painting
- To register, fill out the registration form and upload JPG files of your artwork.
- Artworks in digital format will be evaluated for the semifinal round.
- If your work enters the final, and apply World Showcase:
- Print your artwork within the A3 size (29.7 x 42 cm) dimensions.
- Download the QR Code from your account and print it out.
- Affix the printed QR Code to the lower right corner on the back of your artwork.
- Submit the actual artwork in person or by post to:
(The address will be notified by email from the organizer later) - Please specify “2024 Jeune Pinceau Awards” on the package.
Digital drawing / AI Art
- To register, fill out the registration form and upload JPG files of your artwork.
- Artworks in digital format will be evaluated for the semifinal round.

Terms & Conditions
- Entrants are not allowed to provide any works that are incomplete, illegible, contain false or inaccurate information, and violators may be disqualified.
- Participants must ensure that the information provided is accurate and true, and agree that the organizer and its partners will require them to provide relevant files to verify the accuracy and authenticity of the information (if necessary).
- Entries must not contain unlawful, obscene, inflammatory, provocative, defamatory, pornographic, vulgar, obscene, violent, racist, offensive or inappropriate and commercial elements.
- The work must be original. If the painting is found to infringe copyright, the violator will be disqualified.
- Entries cannot have been publicly displayed or exhibited, cannot be subject to any copyright restrictions, and cannot have won awards or are currently participating in other competition selections.
- The competition judges have the final right to make the final decision and no applicant may object.
- The registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
- The personal information provided during registration is for contact purposes only and will not be disclosed. Please check carefully when filling in the form. If you need to change any information or uploaded files, please inform the association by email and fill in the applicant’s full English name, submitted contact number and painting number (if any) in the email title.
- Trophies and certificates can be collected by SF Express or Shipping fee to be paid by the receiver.
- Works that do not need to be returned will be kept for 30 days from the day the winners are announced. Overdue works will be processed or discarded by the Association without further notice.
- After the award ceremony, the Association will only keep all unclaimed certificates and trophies for 30 days. If the winner’s prize, including the trophy, is overdue, the prize will be disposed of or discarded by the Association without further notice.
- The organizer and its partners will do their best to store and handle all works. However, the organizer and its partners will not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by accident.
- Use of CG Artworks: Participants free of charge authorize the organizer and its partners to use electronic images of their submitted works as well as digital images and pictures (including NFT and other forms of images and pictures submitted and scanned by them at the event, hereinafter referred to as “image”). The scope of use includes the website and social network platform of the organizer and its partners, and allows the organizer and its partners to authorize these images to third parties (especially newspapers, magazines and other media) to report and promote the event. By participating in this event, participants acknowledge that they have fully understood the following facts: In order to better promote this event and the activities of the organizer of this event and its partners within the legal period of protection of the author’s rights, as well as legal or international conventions that may Subject to the extension granted, the Organizer and its partners may use, reproduce, display and/or communicate to the public in any manner the drawing images and pictures submitted by the entrants, in particular those seeking to sponsor the event and/or sponsors.
- Regarding the participant’s use of the original work: The participant authorizes the Sponsor and its partners to reproduce, print, and display the original work in any private or public exhibition (whether or not the participant is awarded). In order to publicize and promote this event and exhibitions related to the event, the participants authorize the organizer and its partners to print, reproduce, or digitally scan their original works in any form and communicate them to the public. Furthermore, the participants authorize the Sponsor and its partners to use the original work for commercial purposes, including reproducing and distributing the work on products intended for sale.
- The organizer and its partners undertake to mention the name of the author when promoting and displaying the work or parts of it.
- During the Jeune Pinceau Awards and World Showcase, photos and/or videos may be taken for promotion and future review. Participants can indicate in the application form whether they agree to authorize the portrait rights of the event site, the entire process of the event, and all rights related to copyrights during the event to the Jeune Pinceau Awards and World Showcase.
- The Jeune Pinceau Awards will not have any review system or appeal mechanism, and the Association will have the final decision on the results of the competition.
- The original works of the exhibited works will have the opportunity to be sold for charity at the exhibition of winning works from China, France and Hong Kong. All proceeds from the charity sale will be donated to non-profit organizations – the French-Chinese Culture and Art Federation and the Chinese Western Culture Arts Association.
- Unless written permission is obtained from the organizer and its partners, entries may not participate in other competitions or sign other transfer or license agreements other than this contract before the end of the competition, regardless of whether the use of the involved works (including electronic images of the works) is free of charge There is still a fee, and participants promise not to use their entries (including images of the works) outside the scope of the competition.
- Entrants are free to use images of their entries one year after the competition end date for that year.
- If applicants want to take back their works, they must pay USD 12.00.
- If the winner needs to modify the personal information on the already produced certificate or trophy, an additional fee of USD 13.00 for the certificate or USD 32.00 for the trophy will be required.
- Rule Changes: Due to any technical, legal or financial constraints, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify the current rules and conditions of the event, including postponing or canceling the competition and event. In this case, the organizer undertakes to notify the participants of the event by appropriate means (email, telephone or post).
- Due to external restrictions or changes in the schedule, in particular words, laws or regulations of any nature that limit or affect the performance of this event, and in the case of the health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the provisions contained in these rules and regulations The dates and venues stated for the various events are provisional and therefore subject to change. Event dates (especially result announcements, exhibition schedules, etc.) may be changed during the event, and the organizer and its partners will notify participants through appropriate means.
- Final Terms: By submitting their work to this event, entrants declare that they have read and understood the above rules and regulations and unconditionally accept them.
- This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China.
- In case of any dispute, the Association has the final decision.
