A: If a single application includes 10 or more entries, it qualifies as a group entry, enjoying a discounted fee of USD 7.00 per artwork. The group does not necessarily have to be a school or studio; any applicant with 10 or more entries can enjoy the group discount.

A: Yes, but it must be under different themes. Each participant can submit one artwork per theme but can participate in multiple themes.

A: If your work does not advance to the finals, it can be submitted to other competitions. However, if it advances, it cannot participate elsewhere, and its copyright will be owned by us.

A: No. The artwork cannot be retrieved during the world showcase.

A: No, we only accept online registrations.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept online credit card payments.
Q: Are the entry fees, showcase fees, and artwork return fees refundable?
A: No, all paid fees are non-refundable.
Q: Can I modify the information I submitted after applying?
A: If the competition has not ended, applicants can log in to their accounts to modify information. If the competition has ended, the information cannot be modified.
Q: If I provided incorrect information leading to errors on the certificate or trophy, can I apply to correct the information?
A: Participants must ensure that the provided information is accurate and truthful. If the certificate and trophy have already been made, the applicant will need to pay an additional fee of USD 13.00 for a new certificate and/or USD 32.00 for a new trophy.
